Premium UK orders are usually delivered within 48 business hours of placing the order online. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday only.
All delivery dates that we give are only for your general guidance. We cannot be held liable if you receive late delivery of your order.

Please note your delivery schedule is based on the first working day from processing. All orders placed before 12 noon will have that day included as a working day, all orders placed after this time the first working day will be classed as the next day after the order is placed.
Where a signature is required upon receipt of the goods, if there is no-one available to accept the parcel a calling card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.
We are currently unable to deliver to a PO box or freight forwarding address.

Please allow between 5-7 Working Days from dispatch for you order to arrive by International Courier.
Any custom charges incurred by the package are the responsibility of the purchaser. Ness will not be responsible for any further charges relating to importing goods.
To return your order, email Ness Customer Care stating 1) your Name, 2) Order Number and 3) Which items you wish to return.
All items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of the goods and the returns form (delivered with the goods) completed and returned. We will give you a full refund within 30 days of you returning the items.
All items must be returned in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition with the correct invoice.
The cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility and we strongly recommend you obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. For complete peace of mind you could consider sending the goods Recorded Delivery, but we regret we cannot refund this charge.
If you cancel your order within 14 days we will issue you a full refund within 30 days of you returning the items. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. International customs duties, shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATION
If you are a customer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), provided you give us written notice within seven working days of receipt.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER UNDER THE DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS
You must notify Ness Customer Care in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order under the DSRs within seven working days of receiving your items. Please email email@example.com
On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, Ness Customer Care will email you a confirmation. Please complete this on the returns note that you received with your order, and include it with your return so we can process your refund promptly.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, track able means to return your order.
Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment.
All items must be returned unused, in their original condition.
We will refund the standard postage and packing costs as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order, and if any goods have been used or are faulty.
